The real estate fund XP Log (XPLG11) announced to the market the purchase of a property in Piracicaba (SP), for the value of R$201 million.

The asset, according to the manager's statement, has a built area of ​​68 thousand square meters and is 100% occupied. Payment will be made in cash, by offsetting the amount to the seller via quotas.

The expected revenue is approximately R$0.55 per share over the next 12 months, corresponding to a monthly average of approximately R$0.045 per share, considering the number of fund shares in circulation.

Among the positive highlights of IFIX, the Bradesco Active Real Estate Portfolio (BCIA11) advanced 4.96%, to R$ 94.99. Then the funds appeared BTG Pactual Terras Agrícolas (BTRA11), with an increase of 4.37%, to R$ 39.89, and Maxi Renda (MXRF11), which rose 2.77%, to R$10.01.
