A ROAD (WEGE3) approved the payment of R$293.9 million in interest on equityshows a document sent to the market this Tuesday (24).

According to the statement, the JCP payment will occur on March 12, 2025 and will be made for the net amount of R$0.059550000 per share, after deducting the 15% income tax at source.
Investors who wish to take advantage of this offer will have until September 27, 2024 to purchase the shares. From September 30, 2024 onwards, the shares will be traded “ex-interest on equity”.
