Tent (TEND3) e Plano & Plano (PLPL3) brought news regarding the You can entera program created by São Paulo City Hall for construction of social housing.
In the case of Tenda, two contracts were signed for the sale of housing units.
The signed contracts refer to the projects:
- Città Vila Prudente, totaling 1,984 (one thousand nine hundred and eighty-four) units, corresponds to a value of R$ 396.2 million General Sales Value (PSV)e
- Guarapiranga, in which the company has a 50% stake, in partnership with Directional (DIRR3), with a total of 655 units, corresponds to a value of R$ 135.4 million in PSV;
The payment of the down payment, which represents 15% of the total PSV of the projects, is scheduled for November 2024.
Plano & Plano announced the implementation of the previously approved contracting of 1,907 units.
These correspond to a 100% PSV of R$373.9 million.
“The completion of this contract is a significant milestone, reaffirming our commitment to excellence in the development of social housing projects. This hiring not only strengthens our position in the market, but also highlights our ability to meet the Program’s demands with efficiency and quality,” he said.
Adding to this new contract, the company has a total of 5,547 contracted units, reaching more than 1 billion reais in PSV.

Pode Entrar is a municipal public initiative to reduce the housing deficit and provides, among other actions, also the possibility of acquisition, by the Municipality of São Paulo, of housing units built by the private sector, through a public call.
On December 26, 2023, Tenda signed its first contract, referring to the Estação Tolstoi project, with a total of 216 (two hundred and sixteen) units, corresponding to a value of R$45.3 million.
