A Simpar (SIMH3) is among the biggest risers of the Ibovespa (IBOV) this Monday (30). Around 12:30 pm (Brasília time), the actions of the holding they advanced 6.84%, to R$5.62.
The rise in shares comes after the company communicated to the market its intention to spin off the Let's go (VAMO3), which would only rent trucks, machinery and equipment, and combine the company's leasing arm with Automob, also a subsidiary of Simpar.
In this way, a new company will be formed and listed on the Novo Mercado.
“Simpar, as controlling shareholder of Vamos Locação and Automob, is convinced that the generation of long-term value on multiple fronts will benefit all companies involved and their shareholders”, says the company in the statement.
How does the market see the news?
Corporate reorganization is seen in a strategic and positive way by XP Investimentos. Pedro Brno and Matheus Sant'anna, analysts who signed the report, estimate that the move will make Vamos focus on its main business and will expand Automob's dealership network in Brazil.
“We see benefits from expanded lease sales channels for Let’s explore with all dealership networks; synergistic projects and greater consolidation potential for Automob, as it is a publicly traded company”, they consider.
Although this type of transaction brings distrust to the market, the BTG Pactual assesses that the company has been transparent in all transactions, using solid governance processes, which provides greater security.
O Itaú BBA notes that the agreement implies a reduction in risk for both companies. “We maintain our positive view of Simpar and its specific considerations”, they state.
