According to the document, the value per share will be R$0.15610475797, with payment taking place on October 4, 2024.
Shareholders who want to take advantage of the windfall have until September 26, 2024 to buy shares. As of September 27, 2024, the company's common shares will be traded ex-interest on equity.
Payment will be made at the net value, after deducting income tax withheld at source in accordance with current legislation, except for those shareholders who are demonstrably immune or exempt from such taxation.
