Real estate fund projects average yield of R$0.55 per share in 2025; Ifix has a positive day – Money Times

O BRPR Corporate Offices (BROF11) pointed out that in 2025 the average income of the real estate fund could reach R$0.55 per share, which would represent a dividend yield of 13.7%. The manager brought the new guidance projected in the last management report published.

The projection considers that current vacancy levels remain the same to achieve the target, in addition to an expectation of anticipation of Vale's rents, which will start to take effect from May 2025. Management also estimates an IPCA of 4% per year.

It is worth noting that the last earnings distributed by the fund were R$0.43 per share, paid in September, which represents a return of 10.9%.

Meanwhile, the Real Estate Investment Fund Index (IFIX) closed the previous day on a high. This Thursday (26), the index rose 0.01%, reaching 3,294.14 points.

Among the positive highlights of IFIX, the Bluemacaw Logistics (BLMG11) advanced 1.19%, to R$39.24. Then the funds appeared Vinci Shopping Centers (VISC11), with an increase of 1.13%, to R$ 107.10, and HSI Mall (HSML11), which rose 1.11%, to R$90.70.

On the negative side, was the BTG Pactual Terras Agrícolas (BTRA11), which fell 4.12%, to R$39.81. THE Gazit Malls (GZIT11) fell 1.33%, quoted at R$ 54.28, while the XP Industrial (XPIN11) depreciated 1.30%, to R$73.
