Manager announces new real estate fund on the market; Ifix accumulates losses of 1.77% – Money Times

Another real estate fund is arriving on the Brazilian stock exchange. RBR Asset announced the launch of another brick FII, the RBR Top Offices (TOP 11). The first issue is already underway with the aim of raising R$675 million, with a unit price of R$100 per share.

The money to be raised already has a destination. The fund will acquire two properties that currently belong to Pátria Prime Offices (HGPO11), the Metropolitan and the Platinum, both located in the city of São Paulo.

Payment will be made in two installments, with the first 55% paid on the date the transaction is closed and the remaining 45% paid 18 months after the acquisition, with IPCA correction.

Meanwhile, the Real Estate Investment Fund Index (IFIX) closed the day with another drop. This Friday (20), the index fell 0.21%, reaching 3,333.57 points — the worst level since July 4.

In the month, the IFIX has an accumulated decline of 1.77%, with 15 trading sessions of decline. In the year, however, the index has increased by 0.67%.

The biggest gains and losses of IFIX in the last trading session

Among the positive highlights of IFIX, the Real Active TG (TGAR11) advanced 3.64%, to R$ 116.02. Next, the funds appeared Vbi Prime Properties (PVBI11), up 3.31% to R$89.89, and CE hectare (HCTR11), which rose 3.10% to R$30.22.

On the negative end, there was the Kinea Real Estate Income (KNRI11), which fell 6.20% to R$137.65. The Vinci Offices (BTAL11) fell 2.88%, quoted at R$ 75.91, while the XP Malls (XPML11) depreciated 2.64%, to R$ 107.00.
