O Real Estate Investment Fund Index (IFIX) closed the day on a high, attempting a recovery. On Friday (27), the index rose 0.46%, reaching 3,2309.13 points.

In the month, IFIX has an accumulated decline of 2.49%, with 18 sessions of decline. In the year, the accumulated result was reversed again and the index increased by 0.07%.

There are chances of a new bullish trading session this Monday (30), as several real estate funds publish dividends on the last business day of the month.

One of the FIIs that usually use the last day as the “date with” — that is, the base date for paying shareholders — is the Maxi Renda (MXRF11), which has the largest volume of investors on the stock exchange.

Last month, the FII paid R$0.09 per share to investors, with a dividend yield of 0.90% based on a quote of R$10.05.

The biggest highs and lows of IFIX in the last trading session

Among the positive highlights of IFIX, the Barigui Real Estate Income I (BARRY11) advanced 3.00%, to R$77.27. Then the funds appeared Vinci Offices (VINO11), with an increase of 2.58%, to R$ 5.17, and BTG Pactual Fundo de Fundos (BCFF11), which rose 2.43%, to R$8.02.
